I am changing my home-stay into a rental house. It is no more a home-stay. So, those who stay here will be able to rent it for a long time. Not for short time stay only.
I have not told any body to be an "agent" that will look for people to rent the house. So, beware of people or individuals who would be claiming to be my relatives or "our" relatives which, of course they are not. They can be con men who would like to fleece you off your hard-earned money. So, beware, no such persons that we have appointed to be our agent or agents.
