Awas Penipuan! (Beware of Conmen!)

Tiada Agen/Wakil Untuk Kami

 Kami tidak pernah melantik sesiapa pun sebagai agen kami untuk mengutip wang atau untuk mencari pelanggan kami.  Sebenarnya tidak ada orang yang bekerja untuk kami sama ada untuk mencari pelanggan atau sebagainya.  Tiada saudara mara kami yang menjadi agen kami.

Semalam, 12/09/2011 (Isnin) dua orang pencari rumah sewa sudah di tipu oleh seseorang yang mengaku kononnya bekerja untuk kami dan juga mengaku dia adalah seorang "adik-beradik" kami.  Dia telah pun mengambil wang sebanyak RM450.00 dari mereka sebagai "pendahuluan".  Kedua mereka telah membayarnya kerana terdesak untuk mencari rumah sewa yang lebih berpatutan dari segi bayaran.  Si penipu itu telah mendakwa bahawa kami menyewakan rumah kami itu untuk RM250.00 sahaja sebulan.  Sungguh tidak masuk akal!  Rumah jenis ini yang kosong pun sewanya adalah sekurang-kurangnya RM350.00 sebulan.  Awas terhadap sipenipu yang licik!

Awas, jangan tertipu!  Apa-apa bayaran adalah perlu diserahkan ke tangan kami secara langsung tanpa melalui orang tengah.  Kalau ada orang yang mendakwa sebagai wakil kami maka itu adalah pendustaan semata-mata!

Beware!  There Are Con-People Around! 

We would like to make it very clear here that we have never appointed any agent/agents to look for tenants on our behalf.  Nobody is working for us whether they be relatives or non relatives.

Yesterday, 12/09/2011 (Monday) two prospective tenants were conned into parting with their money to somebody who claimed to be our relative and working on our behalf as an agent to look for tenants!  We were notified by a person who was helping the two women to look for a house to rent.  This person was approached by this con-man and was told about the availability of our house for rental.  They had paid RM450.00 to this man as an advance payment.  He alleged that we would be renting the whole house for RM250.00.  That was absurd!  That kind of rate is not current any more. 

Banjir: Tidak Tenggelam (Not Affected By The Floods)

Banjir Tidak Masuk Ke Dalam Rumah

Baru-baru ini banjir telah melanda beberapa negeri di Malaysia, 2-9 November 2010, termasuklah Kedah dan Perlis. Kawasan rumah ini pun dilanda banjir tetapi tidak ada air yang masuk ke dalam rumah.  Begitu juga apabila banjir melanda Perlis pada tahun 2005 air tidak memasuki rumah ini.

Di dalam banjir besar baru-baru ini air sudah menenggelami dua anak tangga hadapan rumah ini tetapi tidaklah sampai ia masuk ke dalam.  Maka, barang-barang di dalam rumah ini tidaklah terkena banjir.  Boleh dikatakan lantai rumah ini berada dalam keadaan yang tinggi juga.  Dengan tiadanya air yang masuk ke dalam rumah ini, tidaklah berlaku kerosakan barang-barang di dalam nya.

Boleh dikatakan, rumah ini tidak akan ditenggelami air kecuali banjir itu betul-betul tinggi.  Untuk itu kami bersyukur kepada Allaah kerana telah memelihara rumah ini dan juga rumah-rumah lain di persekitaran taman ini daripada di landa banjir.  Alhamdulillaah.

Not Inundated By Flood Waters

In the recent floods (2-9 November 2010) that had been ravaging the northern states of Kedah and Perlis the house was not affected, in the sense that the flood water did not enter the house.  So was it not affected by the big floods of 2005.  At that time the floods did not even encroach upon the access road.

In the recent major floods, the water level reached only up the second step.  It would have entered the house should the water level have risen a few more inches higher.   So, the things in the house were not affected.  They were on high grounds and needed not be salvaged.  

It is safe to say that this house would not be affected by the floods unless the flood levels is really high.  We thank Allaah for keeping the house and the other houses in this housing estate from being inundated by flood waters.  Alhamdulillaah - All Prasises be to Allah.

A view from the front door. There is a pleasant ambiance. The spaciousness of the living area belies its medium size. Sit on the sofa and relax after a long-day journey. The walls are clean and beautiful with fresh paint.

The Middle Bedroom
The beds and mattresses are brand new. Notice the newly painted walls in a pleasant hue of a shade of white, almost beige.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with the essentials such as a refrigerator, cupboard for cutlery and plates (also bowls, mugs, etc.) A stove is made available on request.

This is the master bedroom. Comfortable new bed and mattress. The mattress is made to support the spine for better sleeping health.
